Online booking
Appointments are booked through a third-party booking provider (placeholder: name the provider). When you book, your details are processed by that provider under their own privacy policy, which is linked from the booking page.
Cookies
This site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to measure visits. These analytics cookies are only set if you choose Accept in the cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this website, after which the banner will show again. Strictly necessary cookies (for example, remembering your cookie choice) do not need consent.

Who we share data with
Our booking provider, our email provider and Google (analytics), each acting as a processor. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Appointment and consultation records are kept for as long as you are a client and for up to 6 years afterwards for insurance purposes. Analytics data is retained for the period set in Google Analytics (default 14 months).
